Catrina Crowe is a Mental Performance Coach whose work is focused on contextualizing the mental side of sports for competitive athletes. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UMass Lowell in 2020, Catrina went on to pursue a Master of Science in Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology at the University of Limerick, Ireland. Since then, she has worked in a variety of different settings including school-based, athletic training centers, private sessions, and on the field support.
Her interest in Sport and Performance Psychology derived from her own competitive endeavors as an athlete, and her curiosity to understand the unseen parts of sport.
Catrina believes that sports have become the greatest teacher for life, and its ability to apply to wider contexts allows us to continually learn and evolve. The mindset and mental strength that is instilled through sports will carry over into all facets of one’s life, therefore, creating an invaluable mental skill set.
